ELTRA, on behalf of OEMs, provides FOC warranty claim services to domestic and international customers in accordance with the following Airbus standard:

 

A320 / A330 / A340:

• 36 months after delivery by the purchaser to the customer of the aircraft

 

• 36 months after delivery by the purchaser or supplier to the customer of the item

 

• 12 months from date of repair, overhaul or modification for repaired items

 

A380 / A350 XWB:

• 48 months after delivery by the purchaser to the customer of the aircraft

 

• 48 months after delivery by the purchaser or supplier to the customer of the item

 

• 18 months from date of repair, overhaul or modification for repaired items
