Ethics and Compliance are a core part of the company culture of Airbus and are the responsibility of all employees. We act with integrity and take appropriate steps to eradicate unethical and non-behavior. To promote the highest standards of compliance and ensure that they are applied to all of the employees, we have prepared several educational and interesting training focused on different compliance topics including Code of Conduct, Speak up Culture, and more.

Every year, ELTRA will hold two compliance trainings. On August 12 this year, we held the second compliance training, and further introduced the gift and entertainment policies of Airbus. Through active discussion and case analysis, we further learned and understood Airbus's compliance culture.
